Fundamentals
Two introductory classes where we evaluate the movements of our new members and provide them with the basics to move and lift safely in the gym.
Group Classes
At Elevated, we offer four class types. Strength and conditioning classes, strength-only classes, endurance classes, and olympic lifting. Our strength and conditioning classes combines olympic lifting, gymnastics and weightlifting movements along with a conditioning workout to get the blood pumping.
Our strength-only classes focus solely on strength, combining both compound lifts and isolation exercises.
Endurance is a Hyrox focused class, and olympic lifting is focused on the snatch, clean and the jerk.


Personal Training
Our 60 minute personal training sessions are the gold standard to achieving your fitness goals. Our 1:1 training is personalised to meet your goals with expert guidance.
Semi-Private Personal Training
With a maximum of 4 people per group, semi-privates allow you to enjoy your own personalised gym program whilst working in the same room as others.
